In the past two weeks, I have been collaborating with some classmates to think about "wicked problems" in education. If you are like me, your first thought is: what in the world is a wicked problem?? I think the best way to think of it is a problem that has so many solutions and so many possible outcomes that it feels impossible to tackle. I feel that there are so many wicked problems in education, however there was one that I could not stop thinking about: innovation as learning ethic. I find myself thinking about the place of innovation in my own classroom as well as other classrooms, so this seemed like the perfect topic to explore. To get started, I have created an infographic to demonstrate just how wicked this problem is. Check it out below or click here!
